We recently visited this family farm high in the mountains of Boquete, where the volcanic soil and rain forest climate (including a heavy mist that sweeps over the land like a veritable spirit) give the coffees a clean, bright earthiness. The Classico has a nose of toasted almonds and malted milk, a medium body, and a succulent, melon-like finish
