Our inventory changes, with the seasons and sourcing the very best beans. Some of the coffees we feature include:

BRAZIL, Fazenda Sao Jose, Ceara:  Clean, full-bodied coffee with low-acidity, and notes of toffee, grape, sunflower seeds and malt

GUATEMALA, Finca Bourbon, Patzun Elev. 1500+ M. Organic, Bird Friendly, Shade-grown: From one of the most venerable coffee farms in Guatemala, this Finca Bourbon varietal is full bodied with a juicy lemon acidity and notes of tart red cherry

MEXICO, Pluma Oaxaca. Elev. 1500+ M, Fair Trade, Shade-grown: Super-smooth coffee with a lingering finish and flavors that arc from cinnamon to caramelized sugar to a hint of sweet lime

SUMATRA, Sidikalang Tabu Jamu: A nice Sumatra for summer, clean and herbal, with notes of guava, tamarind and chocolate         

ETHIOPIA, Yirgacheffe. Fully washed: This exquisite coffee yields an aroma of raspberry and molasses. When brewed it transforms into a very full-bodied cup with notes of oat, Concord grape and tangerine

NICARAGUA, Mancotal, Fair Trade/Organic: One of the sweetest coffees we have encountered, milky caramelized sugars abound

COLOMBIA, Villanueva Narino: Fantastically aromatic coffee: sesame, Egyptian musk and patchouli. (Our roaster says he wants to wear it as cologne.) Balanced acidity, with strawberry jam and ripe raspberry

GUATEMALA, San Jose Laguna Organic Estate: This coffee’s extra smooth body leads into flavors of lemon meringue, Cuban cigars and sweet cherries

ETHIOPIA, Sidamo Guji: A natural-process coffee that yields notes of apricot, blueberry jam and almond, with a lush rose petal finish

BRAZIL, Peaberry, Red Catuai, Esperanca Farm: Dried in its natural cherry, this is a big-bodied-coffee, thick and syrupy, with the aroma of sugar cane and sweet flowers, and the taste of dark chocolate, a hint of plum, and a subtle raisin-like acidity.

BRAZIL, Cowboy Blend: A solid blend of regional coffees. Aromatic with orange peel and leather. In the cup sweet caramels and chocolates combine with guava and hibiscus to balance perfectly

Beaumont Blend Espresso: With dark chocolate and ripe berry, this blend makes a superb straight espresso that also stands up beautifully to milk. Ideal for French press and other brewing methods
