A sampling of coffees we offer:

Brazilian Peaberry, Red Catuaí, Esperança Farm – Dried in its natural cherry, this is a big-bodied coffee, thick and syrupy, with the aroma of sugar cane and sweet flowers, and the taste dark of chocolate, a hint of plums, and a subtle raisin-like acidity.

Cerrado Region, Delarisse Farm – From the farm of our favorite Brazilian cowboy, Ruvaldo Delarisse, this juicy coffee tastes of caramelized sugar, leather and Maraschino cherries, and has a long, sweet finish

Colombian

Mesa de Los Santos Organic (Rain Forest Alliance) - With a peppery nose, this coffee has a sweet, creamy body and the taste of honey and dried dates

Mexican Chiapas

Organic: Silky smooth and well rounded, with milky body, a caramel sweetness, and hints of clove and vanilla

Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Organic

Complex, medium-bodied coffee, with a caramel sweetness, wonderfully balanced citrus high notes, and a lightly spicy finish

Sumatra Mandheling

Rich and full-bodied, with the pronounced pungency characteristic of Sumatran coffees, and a touch of chocolate

Beaumont Blend Espresso

With dark chocolate and ripe berry, this blend makes a superb straight espresso that also stands up beautifully to milk. Ideal for French press and other brewing methods
